Due to flash floods in Dublin I was unable to get from Dublin airport to Kilkenny for my gig at Headliners. The motorway was closed for several hours and the driver couldn’t even get to me to pick me up! When she did finally collect me we were then stuck in long tailbacks again trying to get on the motorway which turned out to be closed.

We actually saw people abandoning their cars and some were walking along the road with their suitcases trying to get to the airport.

I think the promoter will be rebooking me in the future for a replacement show – I’ll keep you updated.
